Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, anthemis nobilis (chamomile) flower oil, ethylhexylglycerin, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, linalool, limonene, geraniol.

Directions

Can be applied to any area of the body. Apply 5-10 sprays every evening and gently massage for optimum absorbtion. Apply at least half an hour before retiring. Can be re-applied if sleep is disturbed due to muscle discomfort. It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation upon initial use of this product, but this will soon pass with continued usage as your magnesium levels improve.
